Role Purpose

The Treasury Executive will be responsible for preparing, consolidating, and analysing the daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports of Casagrand Group. The role involves monitoring the liquidity position across projects and group entities, identifying funding requirements, tracking actual cash movements against forecasts, and providing timely financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Reporting
• Prepare daily cash flow reports covering bank balances, expected collections, scheduled payments, loan inflows, and other fund movements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for projects, entities, and the group as a whole.
• Consolidate cash flow information received from various departments, projects, and group companies.
• Maintain project-wise and entity-wise cash flow trackers.
• Ensure that all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within the prescribed timelines.

Cash Flow Analysis

- Analyse actual cash inflows and outflows against approved budgets and forecasts.
• Identify cash flow shortages, surplus funds, unusual movements, and upcoming liquidity requirements.
• Perform variance analysis and provide reasons for significant deviations.
• Analyse customer collections, construction payments, land payments, statutory dues, operating expenses, and debt servicing obligations.
• Prepare ageing and trend analysis for major cash flow components.
• Highlight potential cash flow risks and recommend corrective actions.

Liquidity and Fund Planning

- Monitor the daily liquidity position of the group.
• Assess short-term and medium-term funding requirements.
• Support the Treasury team in prioritising payments based on business requirements and available funds.
• Track loan disbursements, interest payments,



principal repayments, and other financial commitments.
• Assist in the effective utilisation and allocation of funds across projects and entities.

Management Reporting

- Prepare cash flow dashboards and management information reports for senior management.
• Present key observations, funding gaps, collection trends, and payment commitments in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide inputs for monthly business reviews, financial planning, and management meetings.
• Support the preparation of projected cash flows required by banks, financial institutions, and other lenders.

Coordination and Data Validation

- Coordinate with the Collections, Projects, Accounts, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Land, and Finance teams to obtain cash flow inputs.
• Validate the accuracy and reasonableness of data received from various departments.
• Follow up on delayed collections, postponed payments, and changes in projected cash movements.
• Reconcile cash flow reports with bank statements, accounting records, and loan statements.

Process Improvement and Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow reporting.
• Support the automation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports using Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or other reporting tools.
• Standardise reporting formats and establish controls to reduce manual errors.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all cash flow reports.





Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA in Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or a related qualification will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Flow Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, MIS Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industry is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of cash flow preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI, financial dashboards, ERP systems, or reporting automation will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of banking transactions, loan repayments, interest obligations, and fund management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large volumes of financial data and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to present financial information in a easy and decision-oriented manner.
