Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Robust knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Demonstrated experience in interviewing and hiring technical talent.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions into SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Preferred:

- Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software engineering or data science.
- Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle management tools.
