The DAV Group - Chennai , functioning under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 1500 plus which includes 1,200 teachers. In this context, we would be interested in recruiting suitable candidates for the position of Accounts Executive for DAV Head Office at Chennai.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Executive to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, overseeing client account interactions, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial processes. This role demands a keen analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaborative skills across departments.

Requisites:

- The applicant must have reasonable( At least 3 years)



experience in handling accounts / Book keeping/ Tally and should have sound working knowledge on Accounting concepts, including PF / ESI / GST , etc.
- The applicant must preferably be a accounts degree holder. Experience in schools will be an added advantage.
- The roles and responsibilities of the job would include and not be limited to:
- Handle the accounts of the schools and coordinate with the other departments for payroll and other activities
- Valuable command over English language.
- Must be a good team player to coordinate with different teams in the organization.
- Functional knowledge in MS Office suite, particularly Excel will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35K CTC/ month onwards

Compensation will commensurate with experience calibre
