Job description:
- Conduct psychological assessments and counselling sessions for patients.
- Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and attendants.
- Handle stress, anxiety, depression and adjustment-related concerns.
- Support patients during hospitalization and treatment journey.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for patient care plans.
- Maintain patient counselling records and documentation.
- Conduct behavioural and therapeutic interventions as required.
- Provide counselling support for chronic illness and critical care patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management / Reporting Manager from time to time.
