Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fresher / Junior AI Engineer with a strong interest in Computer Vision and Deep Learning. In this role, you will work closely with senior AI engineers and cross-functional teams to build, train, test, and deploy computer vision models for human motion analysis and fitness intelligence systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong fundamentals, academic or project experience, and a keen interest in learning and working in a real-world AI production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and training computer vision and deep learning models for:

• Pose estimation and skeleton tracking

• Activity recognition and exercise classification

• Rep counting and posture correction

• Support the AI model lifecycle, including:

• Data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and augmentation

• Model training, evaluation, and validation

• Work with senior engineers to integrate trained models into applications or APIs





• Assist in optimizing model performance and inference speed under guidance

• Experiment with pre-trained models and apply transfer learning techniques

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to understand requirements

• Document experiments, results, and technical learnings

• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and computer vision

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible

• Strong fundamentals in Python programming

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts

• Hands-on project or academic experience with:

• PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Open CV

• Basic knowledge of computer vision concepts such as image processing, object detection, or video analysis

• Familiarity with any of the following frameworks or models is an added advantage:

• YOLO (v5 / v8)

• MediaPipe

• Open Pose

• Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced startup workplace

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or academic project experience in AI or Computer Vision

• Exposure to model optimization concepts such as ONNX or quantization

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

• Interest in fitness, healthcare, or human motion analytics

• Strong problem-solving and learning mindset
