- Conduct direct marketing activities to promote banking products and services in assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Perform field work, including visiting potential clients, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by achieving sales goals through effective communication skills.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in direct sales or outside sales.
- Strong understanding of direct marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
