Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – IT Recruitment to manage a team of recruiters and handle IT contract hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, team management, and achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and guide a team of IT recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end IT contract hiring.
- Allocate requirements and track hiring progress.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage offers.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and support.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals.




- Ensure recruitment process compliance and timely closures.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in IT recruitment with contract hiring.
- Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
