Job Summary:
To manage IT facility operations, including helpdesk support, IT asset management, vendor coordination, procurement and commercial activities, 24x7 IT operations monitoring, team supervision, and compliance management to ensure seamless IT service delivery and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk management
- Reroute the unassigned tickets in daily basis.
- Ticket raising to vendors for warranty/AMC endpoints & data maintained in teams app.
- Get the quotation for spares from vendors & share to end-users.
- Follow up the engineers / end users for closure of the tickets.
- Get the service / installation reports from vendors & data maintained in teams app as well as in physical.
- End-users issues will have diagnosed and closed through remote / physical if need.
- Monthly calls report maintained in teams app.
- Data Analysis from ITSM tool
- Responsible for complete IT assets inventory and management.
- AMC coordination, asset verification and validation.
Commercials
- Internal Financial Sanction orders
- Purchase orders for Information Systems related.
- Financial Service entries for information Systems related.
- Gate Pass entries for Information Systems related.
- Financial Budget preparation for information Systems related.
- Expense details regarding the budget
- Payment advice details sharing to vendor and internal teams
- Recent vendor master creation in portal and follow-up.
- Follow ups / Get & share the data against request from various team members.
24x7 Team management
- Team Management
- Daily work management.
- IT assets and network monitoring
- UPS monitoring and management
- Backup monitoring and management.
Compliance
- Compliance document uploads (Monthly & Yearly)
- Data Privacy Protection initiatives. (DPDP)
- 5S coordination as per instruction from TPM team. Data maintenance in teams app.
Education
- BCA or BSC in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 3-6 Years of relevant experience.
