- Senior Recruiters (BFSI | Engineering | IT | Healthcare | Telecom)
- Lead Recruiter(US Staffing)
Work Locations: Noida | Hyderabad | Indore
Shift Timings: Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end execution of the recruitment lifecycle across various verticals (IT, BFSI, Engineering, Healthcare, or Telecom).
- Source, screen, and vet high-caliber candidates using premium US job boards, networking sites, and internal databases.
- Manage high-volume requirements via automated VMS (Vendor Management Systems) and MSP portals.
- Negotiate competitive pay rates and close candidates on diverse tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of US work authorizations and visa statuses (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen).
- Maintain excellent communication and coordinate effectively across night-shift schedules to hit delivery targets.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of rock-solid, proven experience explicitly in US Staffing.
- Domain Expertise: Prior background recruiting for BFSI, Engineering, IT, Healthcare, or Telecom niches is highly desirable.
- Technical Grip: Solid hand-on experience managing VMS/MSP client pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suitable for interfacing with international talent pools.
