Qualification:- MBBS( Reg. Medical Practitioner In India with Proper Licence From Indian Medical Council)
Experience:- 2-3 Year Experience in clinic/ Hospital setup
Job Description:-
1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests to diagnose various medical conditions.
2. Treatment and Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, teat with injection (if needed), and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
3. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
4. Medical Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
5. Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, clinical assistant, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Compliance with Clinic Policies: Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to patient confidentiality, informed consent, and medical ethics.
7. Supervision on vaccination program
8. Counselling and mental health management
