About the Role

We are hiring a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for a reputed Rehabilitation Center based in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient care, monitoring rehabilitation progress, handling medical emergencies, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and recovery support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine medical examinations and monitor patients undergoing rehabilitation treatment.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate stabilization and treatment when required.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms, medication adherence, and patient recovery progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and treatment documentation.




- Attend ward rounds and support consultants in patient management and rehabilitation planning.
- Ensure compliance with rehabilitation protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Manage admissions, discharges, patient counseling, and family interactions when required.
- Provide continuous medical support to patients in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBBS preferred; BHMS / BAMS / BUMS may also be considered.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration (for MBBS candidates).
- Experience as RMO/Medical Officer in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, psychiatric setups, or healthcare facilities preferred.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills may also apply.
