Key Responsibilities

- Techno Marketing: Supporting regional sales team on Property, Casualty, Marine, Engineering, and Liability lines of business.
- Technical / Underwriting Support: Analyze complex risks, review policy wordings and help the clients / regional sales team with specialized technical inputs
- Placement & Negotiations: Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible terms, conditions, and pricing for clients. Handle technical queries during the placement process.
- Insurer Relationship Management: Build relationships with technical underwriters and risk engineers at insurance companies to secure competitive advantages.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the P&C; insurance market, including competitor products and regulatory changes (IRDAI) to keep the product offering competitive.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all insurance placements comply with IRDAI regulations and internal, high-standard operational procedures.
- Training & Mentoring: Train the frontline sales/broking teams on complex product nuances, current clauses, and risk management concepts.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients,



understand their needs, and identify opportunities
- Client Retention: Drive client satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery
- Claims Support: Handle high-value or complex claims situations, provide technical guidance

Key Value-Added Risk Management

- Thermography (Infrared Inspections): This non-destructive testing detects heat anomalies in electrical systems (overloaded circuits, loose connections) and mechanical equipment (bearings).
- Risk Inspections/Sa: Comprehensive on-site assessments, including fire safety surveys, electrical surveys, and occupational health, to identify potential hazards.
- Asset Validation & Management: Verifying the condition and location of assets to ensure accuracy in valuation, which prevents under-insurance or over-insurance.
- Business Interruption Risk Assessment: Analyzing hazards to prevent business downtime.
- Environmental & Safety Compliance: Environmental audits, ESG reporting, and safety policy development.
