About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile, multitasking UI/UX Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will wear multiple hats bridging the gap between foundational user experience design, core graphic design, and dynamic visual content. What You'll Do

- End-to-End Design: Create functional UX deliverables (wireframes, user flows, basic prototypes) and clean UI mockups for our digital assets.
- Graphic Designing: Own the design process for brand-level marketing collateral, including banners, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
- AI Integration for Productivity: Proactively use the AI tools provided by the company to speed up brainstorming, layout iteration, and asset enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product engineers and the marketing team to design and implement consistent typography, graphic assets, and brand language.

What We're Looking For

- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Design, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally balancing both UI/UX and graphic design tasks.




- Design Tool Mastery: Strong fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD (or Figma) to design across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Foundational UX/UI Skills: Capable of producing essential UX designs (wireframes, flow diagrams) and standard UI mockups (search boxes, navigation menus, widgets).
- Front-End Awareness: A basic working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap so you know how your designs will translate into code for the developers.
- The Multitasker Mindset: Proven capacity to manage multiple design requests simultaneouslybalancing product wireframes with marketing graphic requirements smoothly.
- AI Literacy: Ability to effectively leverage company-provided AI tools to enhance design output, generate assets quickly, and optimize overall turnaround time.
