Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a real estate developer or real estate company and possess robust design, branding, and communication skills. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media creatives for various digital platforms.
- Create high-quality project brochures, flyers, pamphlets, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop professional prospect presentations, investor decks, and corporate presentations.
- Perform photo editing, image retouching, and visual enhancements.
- Design outdoor branding materials such as hoardings, standees, banners, kiosks, and event branding.
- Prepare floor plans, location maps, site maps, master plans, and other real estate marketing graphics.
- Create impactful taglines, captions, campaign creatives, and marketing communication in coordination with the marketing team.
- Design sales and marketing collateral, including emailers, WhatsApp creatives, advertisements, and print media.
- Create layouts, banners, landing page creatives, and visual content for the company website.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication.
- Coordinate closely with the sales, marketing, digital, and management teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.

AI & Creative Technology Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of AI-powered graphic design and creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Microsoft Designer, Ideogram, Leonardo AI, and similar platforms.
- Ability to use AI tools for concept generation, image enhancement, background removal, mockups, creative ideation, content assistance, and workflow optimization.




- Stay updated with the latest AI design trends and integrate them into marketing campaigns to improve productivity and creativity.

Team Handling & Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, printers, and vendors for timely execution of creative requirements.
- Ability to guide junior designers or freelancers whenever required.
- Prioritize tasks based on business requirements and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and the creative team.

Reporting & Timeline Management

- Submit daily work reports and regular project status updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper records of assigned tasks, completed work, and pending deliverables.
- Ensure timely submission of all creative assets as per the approved project timelines.
- Follow defined approval processes and maintain version control of design files.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, PageMaker, Canva, and other relevant design software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of real estate marketing, branding, and advertising formats.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Experience in both digital and print media design.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software) will be an added advantage
