Roles and Responsibility

- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs for HR-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP ABAP projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HR systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ABAP applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SAP ABAP development.

Job Requirements

- Solid knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and its applications in HR.
- Experience with SAP HR modules, including employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in SAP ABAP development.
