Spyne is an AI-powered platform for the automotive industry, helping car dealerships move inventory faster through intelligent visual merchandising, conversational AI, and retail tools. Its Studio AI product transforms ordinary car photos into studio-quality visuals in seconds correcting lighting, removing backgrounds, and applying branded backgrounds at scale. The Delivery team sits at the center of this, ensuring every client-facing visual and creative asset meets a high bar of quality and consistency.
About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Design Consultant to join the Delivery team. In this role, you'll create and refine visual assets for clients, quality check AI-generated automotive backdrops against brand and platform standards, and build reusable templates that keep delivery fast and consistent.
You'll work closely with delivery managers and, at times, with the creative/tech/ai team so a curiosity about AI-driven design workflows is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine client-facing visual assets creative backdrops, banners and dealer-facing templates using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Retouch, enhance,
and quality-check AI-generated automotive imagery to ensure it meets client and brand standards before delivery.
- Understand from Delivery team to scope, prioritize, and execute client design requests within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain reusable templates, backgrounds, and design systems that improve delivery speed and consistency across clients.
- Manage multiple client deliverables in parallel while maintaining a consistently high quality bar.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of skilled experience in graphic design. Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid eye for composition, color, typography, and overall visual quality.
- Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines at once.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate with delivery and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of image editing at scale (batch processing, presets, or actions).
- Knowledge of using Postman and scripts(using API workflows to generate outputs) - Training of the same will be given.

- A tech-curious mindset interest in AI-based design/image tools and how they're changing creative workflows.
- Exposure to automotive product photography.
