The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized guest service throughout the guest journey. She will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and memorable hospitality, while maintaining the highest standards of service expected at an ultra-luxury resort.

Welcome and assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out, ensuring a seamless experience.
Build robust relationships with guests and anticipate their needs and preferences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, FB, Engineering, Spa, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Conduct courtesy calls and guest satisfaction follow-ups during the stay.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and special occasions in the system.
Arrange special amenities, celebrations, VIP arrivals, and personalized guest experiences.
Escort VIPs and high-profile guests as required.




Ensure lobby and guest-facing areas maintain luxury presentation standards.
Promote resort facilities, dining outlets, spa services, and recreational activities to enhance the guest experience.

Job Expectations:

Prepare daily reports, guest feedback summaries, and shift handover notes.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, grooming standards, and hospitality protocols.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Minimum Job Experience: 2 5 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Luxury Hospitality Reporting to: Operation Manger Travel: NA
