Role Overview

Tribeca Developers is looking to hire a Central BIM Manager within the Design Lab to drive technology innovation, BIM integration, and AI-led transformation across projects. This role will be pivotal in standardizing BIM processes, enabling data-driven design decisions, and embedding emerging technologies into the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Strategy s Implementation

Lead the development and execution of BIM strategy across all projects.

Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows aligned with global best practices. Ensure seamless integration of BIM across design, coordination, and execution stages.

2. Project Integration s Coordination

Work closely with design, project, and construction teams to embed BIM in live projects. Drive multidisciplinary coordination (architecture, structure, MEP) using BIM tools.

Monitor BIM deliverables, clash detection, and model quality across projects.

3. Tech Innovation s Digital Transformation

Identify and implement new-age technologies to enhance design and project efficiency.

Act as a bridge between design and technology, driving innovation initiatives within the Design Lab.

4. AI Integration in Projects

Explore and implement AI-led tools and workflows in design, planning,



and project monitoring. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and scale AI solutions.

Drive adoption of automation, generative design, and data analytics within BIM environments.

5. Capability Building s Governance

Train and mentor internal teams on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices. Build a centralized BIM knowledge repository and governance framework.

Align external consultants and partners with Tribeca’s BIM standards.

6. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with leadership, design heads, and project teams to drive adoption.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and technology partners for BIM and AI solutions.

Qualifications s Experience:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture
- Experience: 8–10 years with strong hands-on experience in BIM implementation

Key Requirements

- Proven expertise in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.
- Strong understanding of design coordination, construction workflows, and project lifecycle
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital innovation in AEC will be a robust advantage
- Experience in setting up BIM standards and managing multi-project environments
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
