About the Role

Vyom AEC is looking for an experienced and dynamic BIM Manager who can establish and lead our BIM department. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong technical expertise in Revit and BIM workflows, extensive experience delivering international projects, and the leadership ability to build and mentor a high-performing BIM team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, lead, and scale the BIM team from scratch, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates, and quality control procedures across projects.
- Lead the BIM execution strategy for multidisciplinary international projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless BIM implementation.
- Oversee model quality, clash detection, coordination, and project delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices, automation, and process enhancements.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on Revit modelling, documentation, and coordination.
- Collaborate with senior management to define BIM roadmaps and resource planning.
- Train and upskill team members to maintain high technical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in BIM, with significant expertise in Revit.
- Proven experience managing BIM teams and leading large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience handling international clients and global AEC projects.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project execution.
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM collaboration tools.
- Experience in developing BIM standards, libraries, and templates.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with international codes, standards, and project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Dynamo, or other BIM technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in setting up BIM departments or Centres of Excellence will be highly preferred.
