Position Summary The BIM Lead oversees the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Models for design and construction projects. This role ensures compliance with BIM standards, facilitates collaboration among stakeholders, and drives digital engineering excellence across projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Management & Coordination

Lead BIM execution across multiple projects.

Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and civil models.

Manage model federation and clash detection processes.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.

Review model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.





Manage BIM software platforms such as:

Autodesk Revit

Navisworks

BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud

Civil 3D

Dynamo

Bentley OpenBuildings (where applicable) Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

7-12+ years of experience in BIM, design, or construction.

3-5+ years in a leadership or BIM management role.

Solid knowledge of BIM standards such as:

ISO 19650

BS EN ISO 19650
