This is a full time, on site position based in Mumbai. The role combines advanced BIM tool proficiency with real construction knowledge. We are looking for someone with minimum 4 years of work experience, who understands how buildings actually go together and can translate that understanding into accurate, coordinated digital models. Architectural detailing experience is strongly preferred over large scale infrastructure. Responsibilities

Advanced Revit production including families, parameters, shared parameters, data structures, project standards, and model control. Proficiency in Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, model federation, viewpoints, and issue management. Full use of Autodesk Construction Cloud including Docs, Model Coordination, permissions, review workflows, and information control.

Understanding of data driven BIM: parameters, data points, schedules, extraction, and information consistency. Familiarity with automation and scripting environments such as Revit API, RevitPython, Dynamo, or similar. Ability to work with complex models, heavy files, and strict coordination standards. Technical mindset, operational precision, and attention to detail. Qualifications

B.Arch, B.E. (Civil),



M.Tech, or equivalent degree with hands on construction site exposure.

Skills

Complete command of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360. Understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing, particularly for architectural and finishing trades. Ability to read construction details and translate site conditions into model accuracy. Discipline, organization, and process orientation.

Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.

Preferred

Skills

Direct site experience, especially on residential, villa, or high end hospitality projects. Knowledge of Revit API, RevitPython, Dynamo, databases, or similar scripting and automation tools. Familiarity with material assemblies, tolerances, and installation sequences for trades such as stone cladding, joinery, waterproofing, glazing, or MEP coordination at the architectural interface.

Experience with IS codes and NBC guidelines is a plus but not essential, as projects follow international standards.
