Position: Billing Head

Industry: Multi Speciality Hospital

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 7+ Years

:

- Oversee the complete hospital billing operations including OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate billing.

- Ensure accurate and timely billing in compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.

- Handle TPA, insurance, corporate, and cash billing processes.

- Monitor billing accuracy, revenue leakage, and implement corrective measures.

- Coordinate with clinical, finance, and front office teams for smooth billing operations.

- Manage billing audits, MIS reports, and monthly revenue reconciliation.

- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient billing queries efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and statutory billing requirements.

- Lead, train,



and supervise the billing team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Hospital Billing Operations.

- Hands-on experience with TPA, Insurance, Corporate, and Cash Billing.

- Knowledge of NABH standards and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital billing software.

- Experience in a reputed Multi Speciality Hospital is mandatory.
