Job Summary

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator & Billing Executive to manage accurate data entry, billing operations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess good computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain accurate customer, vendor, inventory, and sales data.

- Prepare invoices, tax invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and billing documents.

- Generate GST-compliant bills and maintain billing records.

- Verify billing information for accuracy before processing.

- Update ERP/software with purchase, sales, and stock-related entries.

- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and documents.

- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Warehouse teams for billing and dispatch.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.

- Handle document filing and data backup.





- Ensure confidentiality of company data and records.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.

- Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.

- Knowledge of billing software/ERP systems.

- Basic understanding of GST billing and invoice preparation.

- Positive typing speed with high accuracy.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹10,087.15 - ₹13,000.00 per month
