Responsible for preparation and submission of client bills, subcontractor bills,
and measurement documentation for ongoing construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of RA bills and final bills
- Quantity takeoff from drawings
- Joint measurements with client/consultant
- Preparing BOQ comparison and rate analysis
- Subcontractor bill verification
- Maintaining billing records and measurement sheets
- Coordination with accounts for payment follow-ups
- Maintaining DPR and WPR reports
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, and rate analysis
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Understanding of civil drawings
- Knowledge of bar bending schedule (BBS)
Qualification Diploma / B.Tech Civil
Experience
2 6 Years in construction company (industrial preferred)
Preferred
Experience in ERP systems (NWAY, SAP, or similar)
