We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Bid/RFQ Management Executive to manage the end-to-end Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. The ideal candidate will evaluate project feasibility, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare competitive quotations, and support the sales team in securing recent business.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, vendor management, pricing strategy, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

· RFQ & Proposal Management

· Review incoming RFQs and understand project specifications, target audience, quotas, incidence rates (IR), LOI, and methodology.

· Prepare accurate and competitive quotations within defined turnaround times.

· Assess project feasibility across global markets.

· Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.

· Coordinate with Sales and Project Management teams for proposal submissions.

Commercial

Analysis

· Analyze historical project data for pricing optimization.

· Evaluate project profitability before submission.

· Recommend alternative sourcing strategies when required.

· Monitor RFQ conversion rates and identify improvement opportunities.



Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain RFQ trackers and proposal records.

· Update pricing repositories and feasibility databases.

· Generate weekly and monthly RFQ performance reports.

· Maintain accurate documentation for future reference.

· 2–3 years in RFQ Management, Bid Management, Sample Procurement, or Market Research Operations.

Familiarity with

· Research and Data collection terminologies

· Online survey methodologies

· Incidence Rate (IR)

· LOI (Length of Interview)

· Quota management

· CPC/CPI pricing models Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA is an added advantage.
