Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for BFSI clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Conduct mass hiring drives to meet the volume requirements of clients, maintaining a focus on quality standards.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers in the industry.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI recruitment or related field.

- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, including bulk hiring and mass hiring.

- Solid understanding of the BFSI sector and its dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
