About the Role

We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to place IT consultants into Contract/C2C positions with clients across the US. You will manage consultants and match them to Contract/C2C openings, to closing offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and match consultant profiles accordingly for Contract/C2C placements.
- Submit qualified consultants to open Contract/C2C requirements and follow up through the interview process.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/employers, and manage scheduling.
- Negotiate compensation and finalize offer details with consultants and clients.
- Maintain regular, accurate updates in the ATS/CRM regarding submissions,



interviews, and placements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Bench Sales, preferably with Contract/C2C placements.
- Working knowledge of US employment terms (1099/C2C/W2, full-time/permanent hiring process).
- Good command of English with strong communication skills for US client interaction.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
- Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools is a plus.
