Role Description The Beauty Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and demonstrating product usage and benefits with a focus on skin care and overall wellness. The role involves maintaining strong product knowledge, providing after-sales guidance, and supporting retail sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store targets.

The Beauty

Consultant will also help maintain visual merchandising standards,



ensure store cleanliness, manage stock levels, and collaborate with the team to execute promotions and brand experiences. This position requires consistent, professional customer interaction and alignment with Kimirica’s values of ethical, sustainable, and mindful self-care. Qualifications

Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage of beauty, skincare, and wellness items.

Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle queries, and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Experience in retail sales, including meeting targets, upselling, cross-selling, and managing point-of-sale processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric and inclusive approach.

Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends and flexible shifts as required by retail operations.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.

Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred; a diploma or certification
