Job Title:

Project Executive – Electrical

Qualification:

- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

- Diploma candidates may also be considered (depending on company)

Experience:

- Fresher or 1–3 years experience in electrical projects, site execution, maintenance, or installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise electrical installation work at project sites.

- Handle cable laying, panel erection, wiring, and testing.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.

- Ensure work completion as per drawings and deadlines.

- Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.

- Monitor material requirements and inventory.

- Ensure safety standards and quality compliance.

- Attend client/site meetings when required.

Skills Required:





- Knowledge of electrical systems, panels, transformers, HT/LT work.

- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- MS Excel / reporting skills.

- Problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to travel / work at project sites.

For Freshers:

- Training will be provided.

- Basic technical knowledge and learning attitude required.

Salary:

- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (depends on company & experience)
