Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end influencer campaign ideation, negotiation, and execution for clients across beauty, tech, FMCG, and lifestyle verticals.
- Build and manage a dynamic roster of 500+ creators across India— vetting talent, onboarding, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Develop data-backed campaign briefs, KPIs, and performance dashboards using tools like Hootsuite, AspireIQ, or CreatorIQ.
- Own client relationships—from pitch decks to post-campaign analytics—ensuring 90%+ satisfaction and renewal rates.




- Collaborate with content & analytics teams to optimize campaign creative, timing, and platform targeting for maximum engagement.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, creator trends, and emerging content formats to guide client strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Influencer marketing platforms (AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence)
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube analytics
- Performance campaign KPIs (CPM, ER, ROAS)
- Creator contract negotiation
- Client presentation & pitch decks
- Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards)
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- D2C or startup brand experience

Preferred

- Experience with UGC or performance-driven video campaigns
- Working knowledge of TikTok Shop or Insta Shop integrations
- Event or live-stream campaign management
