Key Responsibilities

- Research potential businesses across the EU and MENA regions that could benefit from our recruitment solutions.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Schedule meetings and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Assist in presenting recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Support proposal preparation and follow-up communication.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior team members to achieve business development goals.

Requirements

- Recent graduated Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, recruitment, or business development.
- Comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
