Business Development Executive / Financial Advisor / Trading Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Financial Advisor / Trading Advisor to join our team in the stock market and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert potential customers into clients.
- Make outbound calls and achieve sales targets.
- Assist clients with stock market-related queries in coordination with the Research Analyst team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Present company products/services and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.




- Experience in B2C sales; stock market/financial services experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of stock market concepts and financial products.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Ability to build relationships and handle client objections.

Interview Process:

Round 1: Telephonic Interview

Round 2: Walk-in Interview

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Offs: 1st & 2nd Saturdays + All Sundays

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
