At Café MAYA, we operate on a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-based system. Every beverage recipe, coffee extraction, milk steaming technique, equipment maintenance routine, hygiene practice, and customer service process follows documented SOPs to ensure every cup meets our premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Follow standardized recipes and brewing techniques for consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory items.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and operational SOPs at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but passionate beginners are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
