We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed café in Oman. Candidates should have excellent coffee-making skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, espresso, and other hot & cold beverages to high quality standards.

- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.

- Provide friendly and qualified customer service.

- Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.

- Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.

- Manage customer orders efficiently during busy hours.





- Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.

Salary: 50K-60K INR Per Month​

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or coffee shop.

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Basic cashiering and accounting knowledge.

- Ability to prepare beverages quickly without compromising quality.

- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.

- Age: 23–40 years
