nWe are seeking a confident, responsible, and well-spoken Banquet Booking & Client Relationship Executive to manage client enquiries, banquet bookings, and payments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, explaining banquet facilities and packages, handling follow-ups, and maintaining booking and payment records professionally.

NResponsibilities

n● Welcome and assist clients visiting the banquet venue, providing detailed information about halls, facilities, packages, pricing, availability, and services.

N● Handle client enquiriesvia phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, understand requirements, and guide clients in selecting suitable banquet options.

N● Manage end-to-end booking processes including follow-ups, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, maintaining client details, payment records, and tracking pending dues.

N● Coordinate with clientsregarding event requirements, address queries and concerns professionally, and ensure a positive and seamless client experience.

N● Efficiently manage multiple enquiries and bookings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

NQualifications

nEducation: Graduate in any discipline.





NPrior experience in banquet bookings, hospitality, sales, front desk, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.

NFreshers with learning potential and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

NSkills Needed

n● Solid communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Hindi and Bengali;

basic to good English preferred.

N● Confident, presentable,polite, and professional personality with excellent client handling abilities.

N● Good organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills, including basic knowledge of WhatsApp and phone communication.

N● Ability to follow up effectively and convert enquiries into bookings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

NPreferred Candidate Location

NCandidates residing in oraround Baguihati, Salt Lake, Kankurgachi, Maniktala, New Town, or nearby areas will be preferred.
