Position: Associate (5–6 years of relevant experience)
Project Overview
Migration of the bank’s existing Core Banking System to a recent vendor platform. The role involves supporting end‑to‑end migration activities across technology, data, and business functions.
Key Experience Required
Core Banking System migration
Data migration (mapping, cleansing, validation)
API integration and related technical workflows
IT architecture and infrastructure understanding
PMO support and coordination
Assistance in quality assurance and business testing cycles
Start Date: Immediate onboarding (live project)
Project Duration: Until Q1 2027 (with potential extension)
Location: Kuwait
Work Model
On‑site: 3–4 days per week
Remote: 1–2 days per week
