We are looking for a Backend and Integrations Engineer to build APIs, enterprise connectors, AI workflows, MCP services, and reusable platform components across multiple projects. Responsibilities

Build secure and scalable backend services using Python.

Develop REST APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and integration services.

Build MCP servers and MCP clients.

Integrate Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services.

Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, structured outputs, and tool-calling workflows.

Integrate Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise systems.

Implement OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID,



permissions, logging, retries, and monitoring.

Deploy and operate backend services on Microsoft Azure.

Required

Experience

3+ years of backend or integrations engineering experience.

Strong Python experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.

Experience building APIs and third-party integrations.

Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, and tool calling.

Experience building or integrating MCP servers and clients.

Strong Microsoft Azure experience.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, or Azure Container Apps.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, and asynchronous processing.

Valuable understanding of OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, API security, and cloud identity.

Experience

Experience with Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, or Microsoft Fabric.

Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools.

Experience with event-driven systems, queues, and enterprise SaaS integrations.
