HIRING FOR A CLIENT - A European (Italy-based) MNC in Manufacturing - Plant based in Sanaswadi, Pune, India.

[NOTE - This position is NOT for IT people. Only talent from Manufacturing background apply].

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

- Enter customer details and orders into system (AX)
- Convert offers into confirmed orders
- Generate proforma and advance invoices

2. Customer Coordination

- Act as a point of contact for customers
- Participate in customer meetings
- Handle follow-ups and communication

3. Sales Support

- Support sales team in daily operations
- Act as backup for sales team when required
- Coordinate for product feasibility and code creation

4. Post-Sales & Issue Handling

- Manage customer complaints and claims
- Issue credit notes where required
- Track and close pending offers with reasons

5. Planning & Coordination

- Manage forecast orders and stock planning
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations & customers

Required Skills

- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (AX preferred)





Qualification

- Graduate (any relevant field)

Experience

- Experience in customer care / sales support / order management
- Manufacturing or industrial background preferred

Other Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Based near Pune
- Age: 30–35 years (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
