Role: Back Office Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Shift Details: Morning Shift / Night Shift

Role & Responsibilities

- Review and scrutinize post-delivery documents to ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Identify missing or incomplete documents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain the necessary information.
- Update shipment, documentation, and status details on internal systems, client portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate shipment records.
- Process payments, invoicing, and related documentation once all records are verified and complete.
- Maintain accurate data entry and records across multiple systems and portals.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client-specific requirements.




- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide shipment updates and resolve documentation-related queries.
- Handle customer emails and, when required, inbound & outbound customer calls professionally.
- Support end-to-end operations of logistics and supply chain processes.

Preferred Skills

- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Email.
- Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven role while coordinating with clients.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in Back Office, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Customer Service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Email).
- Comfortable working in morning or night shifts.
