- Prepare and send sales quotations based on customer requirements.

- Process customer orders and prepare sales orders.

- Generate tax invoices, proforma invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents.

- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for inward materials.

- Perform stock entry, stock updates, and inventory record maintenance in ERP/Tally/software.

- Monitor inventory movement and assist in stock reconciliation and physical verification.

- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery updates.

- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and transporters for smooth operations.

- Plan and schedule daily dispatches to ensure timely deliveries.

- Prepare dispatch-related documents, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills (where applicable).





- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts department for collections.

- Maintain customer, supplier, and sales records with proper documentation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, stock, dispatch, and collections.

- Ensure accuracy of billing, inventory records, and operational documentation.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support regarding orders, billing, and deliveries.

- Assist management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day back-office operations.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business operations.

Pay: ₹10,672.83 - ₹31,068.06 per month
