Arham Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IRDAI-licensed insurance broking company offering solutions across Health, Life, Motor, General and Commercial Insurance. As part of our expansion, we are building our Hyderabad branch and are looking for energetic professionals to join our B2B Life Insurance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with agency partners, POSPs and advisors.
- Acquire recent distribution partners and expand the agency network.
- Drive Life Insurance premium and revenue targets.
- Conduct product training and provide sales support to partners.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.




- Maintain business MIS and partner performance reports.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
- Experience with Insurance Brokers or Life Insurance Companies preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.

Preferred
- Existing agency/advisor network.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products.
- Experience in B2B sales or channel development.
