About the Opportunity A fast-scaling technology consultancy in the Data Engineering and Cloud Analytics space, we empower enterprises across banking, retail, and healthcare to modernize their data infrastructure and unlock real-time insights. Our teams build scalable, governed, and high-performance data pipelines on cloud platforms—primarily AWS—with Python, PySpark, SQL, and Snowflake as core tech stacks. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS using PySpark, Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions to process high-volume, multi-source datasets.
- Optimize data workflows in Snowflake for performance and cost-efficiency—leveraging clustering, materialized views, and query acceleration techniques.
- Write complex, optimised SQL queries and stored procedures to transform, aggregate, and validate data across cloud and on-prem sources.
- Implement data governance practices including lineage tracking, metadata management,



and access controls using AWS Lake Formation or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to deliver clean, well-documented datasets that power dashboards, ML models, and business reports.
- Monitor pipeline health, debug data discrepancies, and ensure SLA compliance through automated alerts and CI/CD integration via GitLab or Jenkins.
