- Creation of policies and frameworks for effective governance of IT function.
- Planning and managing IT expenses and IT investment budgets.
- Monitoring all IT related processes to ensure compliance with laid down local and global IT policies.
- Provide advisory to other verticals of IT on any IT policy compliance related matters.
- Acting as SOPC for all captive IT project approvals, reporting requirements and other consultations with the Head Office
