- Jig & Fixture Design: Extensive experience in designing various types of jigs and fixtures tailored for robotic lines.
- Robotic Automation: Defining processes and concepts for robotic automation lines; selecting appropriate robots based on payload requirements.
- CAD Software Proficiency: Skilled in SolidWorks and other CAD tools for 3D modeling, detailing, and design documentation.
- Technical Documentation: Creation of BOMs, GD&T; interpretation, and selection of standard BOP components for fixture and gauge design.
- Project Management: Leading multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, efficiency, and meeting design timelines.
- Design Review & Client Interaction: Independently conducting design reviews at client sites, ensuring design intent aligns with customer expectations.
