Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Processing Payment. Receive, verify, and process vendor and supplier invoices accurately and timely. Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and supporting documentation. Prepare payment runs and process payments via bank transfers, cheques, or other approved methods. Maintain records of all payments and approval workflows
- Vendor Management Coordination. Maintain up-to-date vendor information and contracts

Coordinate with procurement, operations,



and department heads to resolve invoice discrepancies. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while ensuring adherence to payment terms

- Reconciliation Reporting, Reconcile accounts payable ledger on a regular basis

Prepare reports on outstanding payables, aging reports, and monthly closing schedules, Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide reports to Finance Manager/Director for management review 4. Compliance Internal Controls, Ensure all payments comply with hotel financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations. Maintain proper documentation for auditing purposes. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant accounts payable records
