Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter who can independently source, screen, and submit qualified candidates quickly and consistently.

This is a production role, not a coordination role.

This is a 100% remote position and cannot be treated as a second job or side engagement. Full focus during working hours is mandatory.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience
• Strong understanding of H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD categories
• Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles




• Proven sourcing ability using Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar systems (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms to enhance sourcing, communication, and productivity
• Ability to use AI intelligently to improve efficiency without compromising quality or compliance
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work during US business hours

What This Role Is NOT

- Not a part-time prospect
• Not suitable as a second job
• Not a beginner-level training role
• Not a passive resume-forwarding position

Interview & Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will go through:

3. Skilled Assessment Test (real-time sourcing & screening exercise)

Only candidates who demonstrate real sourcing capability will move forward.

Compensation

Base salary: 25,000–40,000 per month
High-performance incentive structure. Strong recruiters can significantly exceed base compensation.

Compensation includes:

- Base pay depending on experience
• Performance-based incentives

This role rewards output, not tenure.
