We are looking for a dedicated Executive Documentation Customer Service to manage export/import documentation and provide exceptional customer support for Freight Forwarding operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of shipping documentation, coordination with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams. Salary: 32,000 35,000 per month ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare and verify Import and Export shipping documents. - Handle Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Delivery Orders, and other shipping documents. - Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status. - Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and CHA. - Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. - Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate customs clearance requirements. - Resolve customer queries promptly. - Maintain shipment records and MIS reports. - Support billing and invoicing activities. - Ensure timely submission of shipping documents.
