Job Title: Package Consultant SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Package Consultant – SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) to implement, customize, and support SAP CX solutions that enhance customer engagement across sales, commerce, service, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with one or more SAP CX solutions, including SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), and SAP Emarsys.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer experience processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP CX solutions based on business needs.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define customer journey and CRM requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP CX modules, including:
- SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Service Cloud
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- SAP Marketing Cloud
- SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)
- SAP Emarsys (where applicable)

- Integrate SAP CX solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, and third-party applications.
- Configure business processes such as:

- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Account & Contact Management
- Sales Automation
- Customer Service Management
- Marketing Campaigns
- Omnichannel Commerce
- Customer Identity & Consent Management

- Prepare Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Process Design Documents, and Test Scripts.
- Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, master data management, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, APIs, middleware, and interface enhancements.
- Provide post-go-live support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation standards.

Required Skills

- Robust experience with SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more of:
- SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Service Cloud
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
- SAP Marketing Cloud
- SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)
- SAP Emarsys

- Experience integrating SAP CX with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP BTP.
- Knowledge of CRM, sales, customer service, and digital commerce processes.
- Experience with APIs, OData Services, REST/SOAP web services, and middleware integration.
- Understanding of customer master data, pricing, orders, and service management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical development teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP certification in SAP CX, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, or SAP Service Cloud is preferred.

Experience

- 5–10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CX implementation projects.
- Experience in production support and enhancement projects.
