Role & responsibilities
- Receipt of plan from PPC.
- Auto Purchase order through SAP, Check for price, delivery date, info terms etc.
- Planning of Material against plan,
- Co-ordination with Planning & Production division for daily production targets.
- Actively participate in Greenco and sustainability related project.
- Monitoring of supplier quality & coordinate with QA to drive improvements.
- On time closure of QA OFI related to Supplier as well for product
- Flow of purchase order to vendors as per Lead-time of materials
- Visit to vendors to view the stock & readiness of material at vendor end against our requirement.
- ISO / IMS compliance documentation
- Vendor delivery performance monitoring & implementation of improvement actions.
- Alternate Sourcing to meet increased demands
- Cost reduction by Alternate Source and VA_VE
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma - Mechanical with 2-5 years of manufcuring industry experience.
