Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on product usage and modern farming practices.

Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to maintain relationships and ensure product availability.

Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, and field activities to promote products.

Support sales growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding rural reach.

Build robust relationships with channel partners for better distribution and market penetration.

Follow up on payments and support recovery activities with dealers and customers.

Maintain daily reports on field visits, sales activities, and market feedback.

Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
